The SUPER NOVA is a BRIGHT STAR amongst our range of heavy speaker cables.

This shielded quadruple lead with its giant AWG 6 (13.4 mm²) conductors packs a GALACTIC amount of ultra-transparent conductive power, making it excellent for use in medium to high power high-end home, car hi-fi and PA systems.

Standard sales units: Available in any specified length. With connectors mounted the cable is also available in stereo pairs (i.e. two separate cables) in the following standard configurations:

Bi-amping configuration: Each of both cables having 4 connectors at the amplifier side and 4 connectors at the speaker side.

Bi-wiring configuration: Each of both cables having 2 connectors at the amplifier side and 4 connectors at the speaker side.

Normal wiring configuration: Each of both cables having 2 connectors at the amplifier side and 2 connectors at the speaker side.

Mounting:

When twin lead wiring a loudspeaker, both red and orange conductors should be combined to form the loudspeaker + connection. Likewise, both black and brown conductors should be combined to form the loudspeaker – connection.

When bi-wiring or bi-amping a loudspeaker, the red and black conductor pair is used to connect one speaker section and the orange and brown conductor pair to connect the other speaker section.

If your loudspeakers are not equipped with ground terminals, the cable screen should be connected to the power amplifier’s dedicated ground terminal (or chassis) and should be left disconnected at the loudspeaker end. If it is impossible to connect the screen to any ground terminal (or chassis screw) at the amplifier, the screen should be connected to the amplifier’s loudspeaker – terminal of the channel in question.

If your loudspeakers are equipped with ground terminals, the cable screen should connect between the power amplifier and loudspeaker’s dedicated ground terminals.
